About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Papakura.

In this pivotal role, you'll support the Project Management team to deliver high-quality projects efficiently and on time. You'll coordinate communication, documentation, and logistics while managing smaller projects independently. You'll need to think ahead, anticipate challenges, and take initiative to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project setup, documentation, and communication between teams
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, QA tracking, invoicing, and procurement
  • Maintain compliance and handover documentation
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Generate purchase orders, work orders, and assist with forecasting and reporting
  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the wider team

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in construction, engineering, or manufacturing

  • Confidence in learning and using new PC systems and software
  • A detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving
