We have grown from 6 homes in the first year to building over 50+ new homes this year. We have now become a leading property development and building company in Auckland.

We are looking for Truck Drivers to work within the Auckland region and will be responsible for the below-mentioned duties:

- Safely drive and operate the company's vehicle to transport various construction materials to designated sites within the Auckland region.
- Ensure all appropriate safety measures are taken while driving the truck.
- Maintain accurate records of driving mileage, rest and work intervals, and receipts for fuel and tolls.
- Adhere to business policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations concerning truck operation, including size, weight, parking, route designations, and break times.
- Monitor items and assist with the loading and unloading process; ensure all cargo is secure and properly inspected.
- Arrange the most efficient delivery routes and keep track of the transported items.
- Seek methods to aid the company in saving fuel and other resources.
- Monitor the truck for any mechanical or equipment issues and report them immediately.
- Report any accidents or issues encountered while operating the vehicle to supervisors.
- Maintain the truck by cleaning windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed.
- Ensure the truck is clean and tidy, with no garbage inside the vehicle.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify the truck's condition and readiness for each trip.

**Work hours and salary range**
- A minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Will be paid between $30 to $32 per hour.

**Other requirements for the role**:

- Valid Heavy Truck Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- Available to start early at around 6 am, and also available to work on weekends.
- Physically fit.
- Attention to detail
- Team worker
- Hardworking and passionate about work

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
