He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
Women, Child & Family Services are looking for a person to co-ordinate and lead our administration team which include maternity schedulers and administration teams, clinical unit administrators and relievers.
The Co-ordination function includes planning and oversight to ensure optimal use of theatre and outpatient resources to achieve planned care outcomes.
The role will oversee and manage the delivery of excellent services to all customers of Women, Child & Family Services including patients, clinical and administration staff.
In addition to well establish clerical skills and experience we require proven leadership skills, excellent communications skills, and ability to deal effectively with people and be a team player.
The position will suit someone who is able to manage and prioritise, adapting quickly to changing demands and is committed to high quality customer service.
The role is a Permanent full-time role based in Tauranga, hours may be negotiated for a suitable part-time applicant.

- Proficient in Microsoft suite & Strong Administration skills
