**About the mahi**

We are on the lookout for a Property Manager to join our corporate team where you will be responsible for managing the property and facilities across our Aon sites throughout New Zealand.

Some of your responsibilities may include
- Active management of all lease events including but not limited to negotiating new leases, surrenders, renewals, rent reviews and notices
- Preparation of business cases to support new locations, relocations, consolidations, refits
- Fitout - from preparation of business cases, design briefs, contractor management and project management through to delivery
- Procurement, OPEX and Value Management along with preparation of cashflow and budgets
- You will also be involved with Aon’s ESG and have an opportunity to influence initiatives and drive change

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Seasoned Commercial Property Management experience, in particular managing a national portfolio with a large number of sites
- Strong understanding of legislative requirements related to commercial properties
- Along with property management, strong facilities management will be key in this position
- Demonstrated experience in extensive external stakeholder relations along with strong negotiation skills
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills and experience in managing budgets
- You will need to be a motivated and driven self-starter that is comfortable working autonomously
- The ability to travel as required, you will also need to hold a clear NZ Full Driving licence
