We now have a
**full-time, permanent** opportunity to lead our Commercial Property team as
**Manager Underwriting**. This is an Auckland based role.

**The Role**

As Manager Underwriting you'll lead an accomplished team of Senior Underwriters, ensuring profitable growth of the Commercial Property portfolio. You will do this by contribute to and implement Business Continuity and Asset Protection strategies, working in partnership with our internal distribution channels. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive and market-leading external profile for the Commercial Property portfolio.

**Skills & Experience**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need extensive experience in Commercial Property underwriting and a proven ability to deliver your portfolio’s strategy. As a confident people leader, you will bring your passion for developing and coaching to motivate this high performing team to build on their successes. You will also have a proven ability to build strong relationships, both with our broker partners and within the wider IAG business.
