Our eCommerce Operations team is embarking on a transformation journey as we bring all logistics operations in-house.. As we transition to this new operating model we are committed to driving performance improvement and assisting our Stores Teams as they strive to create the best possible online services for our customers.

Within this context we are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to sit within our eCommerce practice and Logistics Chapter.

The purpose of your role is to ensure financial accuracy and consistency of our new delivery service, to provide transparency of the business to those stakeholders that determine the strategic vision and growth initiatives across deliveries. Additionally, you will ensure the Safety & Quality of the service is maintained and enhanced while the business grows to its full potential.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
- Leading & negotiating Contract driver agreements and providing approvals
- Ensuring financial accuracy of reporting of all project and Business P&L components
- Consistent benefit analysis of costs compared to previous time periods
- Stakeholder engagement with finance, legal & Executive Leadership Team
- Manage procurement processes for plant and equipment and forecasting for all future expenditure aligns with growth & budget expectations
- Ensure suppliers provide accurate & timely invoicing of all goods & services for the Business Unit
- Embed new processes within the team to improve financial management of the business unit

A Finance or equivalent Business degree is required along with proven experience in a commercially focused role.

Strong systems accume and the ability to build out new process and implement new systems is highly desirable
