Our eCommerce Operations team is embarking on a transformation journey as we bring all logistics operations in-house. As we transition to this new operating model we are committed to driving performance improvement and assisting our Stores Teams as they strive to create the best possible online services for our customers.

As a result of this we are looking to appoint an eCommerce Transport Manager - Upper North island, someone able to build on existing relationships with customers, Drivers and DC partners, to contribute towards our continued success.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**

As our eCommerce Transport Manager you will be a member of the eCommerce practice and sit within the Logistics Chapter.

You will be responsible for a group of drivers and fleet coordinators across the Upper North Island region. Being the first point of contact for their drivers or issues relating to was there something missing here?, and vice versa. You will also be required to follow up with Drivers on any queries and assist with compliance & training & safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driver Training & Onboarding
- Complaints Investigations
- Run and Operate (rearranging couriers, resolving courier issues, back up, adjusting routes)
- Compliance (TMS, investigating lates, speeding, review of rolled out initiatives)
- Audit checks
- Consultation with drivers around changes to runs, delivery areas, seasonal plans, formal meetings. Manage any Disruptions and resolutions

**About You | Mōu**

You will be coming from a Freight/Transport Management role where you will have gained experience in overseeing transport operations. You will have strong planning and organisational skills, an ability to engage stakeholders and be able to demonstrate continuous improvement.

You will have prior leadership experience, and be able to lead by example.
