**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the onsite team at WestCity Waitakere. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to assist in delivering value to the retail businesses that call WestCity Waitakere home and assisting in the overall growth of the asset.
**The value you’ll add**
- Successfully develop & implement a strategic marketing plan
- Build a positive brand profile for the Centre
- Build positive relationships with tenants, the community, key community media and stakeholders
- Actively monitor and keep abreast of centre and industry changes
- Prepare and contribute to reporting and budgeting
- Manage customer service experience and function

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualified, ideally with a Marketing background
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail
- Experience in delivering a comprehensive social media strategy
- Proficient with WordPress or similar web-based CMS
- Proficient in E-Direct marketing, Google Analytics, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
