Your responsibilities include:

- Assist the Director-Sales in the supervision of the sales team
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans
- Supervise and coordinate sales representatives activities
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Contribute to training and development of the sales team
- Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
- Assist Director-Sales to maintain contact with clients for feedback and to obtain client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities
- Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.
- Coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
- Maintain purchasing files including records of purchases and price quotes and communicating price changes. Including price promotions and price support tracking.
- Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
- Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
- Report on a monthly basis to Director-Sales

We expect you to have:

- Tertiary qualification in Business or Management or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in sales preferred
