The shift supervisor is responsible for enforcing health and safety regulations and customer service
meets our standards.
To be successful as a shift supervisor you must be able to multitask. A great shift supervisor ensures that all tasks are running smoothly and on time reporting directly to the Site Manager.
Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Assign staff members to shifts.
- Assign tasks to staff members.
- Perform customer service representative role while on shift.
- Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
- Prepare order list for procurement.
- Manage suppliers as required by the business.
- Open up or close the store at the start and end of the day as required.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
- Assist and Resolve workplace issues effectively together with the SiteManager.
- Assist Site Manager in Planning menu and promotion in-store.
- Responsible for managing prices and discount offer through partners as required.
- Responsible for payments and reconciliation of shifts.
- Assist Site manager in recruitment.
- Planning and implementing new policies and procedures as requested bythe company.
Hourly rate
- $24-$29.80depending upon experience and suitability.
Minimum Hours of work
- 30 hours/ week

- 5794 South Road, Rahotu, South Taranaki.

Shift work
- Operation hours: 7am-6pm Monday to Sunday. Role is based on shift basis during the
outlined current operational hour.
Eligibility:
- Any graduate degree or diploma
- Minimum 9-12 months experience in any supervisory or managerial roles or similar experienceacceptable to the business.
