A locally owned and operated company with branches located in Hamilton, Auckland and the Bay of Plenty, we provide a wide range of services including Asbestos Removal (Class A & B), Carpet Cleaning, Water and Flood Restoration, Mould Remediation, Biohazard Remediation, Fire Restoration, Illegal Drugs Decontamination, and Pest Control.

**About the role**
This is a new role responsible for Branch Management of existing clients and developing new business opportunities within the Cleaning, Restoration, and Remediation work in commercial and residential sectors for the Bay of Plenty region. You will be responsible for:

- Working alongside Management to develop Marketing Plans and Pricing.
- This may involve quoting or assisting with pricing.
- Communicate with clients so that work is completed and the customer's expectations and assist with compliance and budget requirements.
- Working within accreditation standards for cleaning, inspection, and restoration work for commercial and residential buildings including Asbestos Removal, Mould Remediation, Fire & Flood Restoration, Meth or P Lab Decontamination
- Team meetings, budgets, payroll reviews, health and safety are all complied with

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have proven ability to manage day-today workload of staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
- Organisational and planning skills in managing a workload in a busy environment.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft office.
