Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom Centre was established in 1973 and remains a privately owned New Zealand company with close to 50 years' experience in the New Zealand market. We have 18 branches and counting nationwide. Our growth has been the result of excellent plumbing supplies backed by our service and commitment to our large customer base of plumbers, gasfitters, builders, homemakers, and renovators.

Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom have a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated and hands on Warehouse Manager to join our sunny Tauranga Branch. This is an integral role that supports our Branch Manager to drive our busy warehouse both in terms of leading our people and strengthening our service offering. You may have previous experience as a merchant Warehouse Manager, or you may have awesome industry or supplier experience and feel that you are up for the challenge of driving our Warehouse forward.

First and foremost, you will be a hands-on grounded leader with experience leading and managing people. You will have a great sense of humour and be a natural relationship builder able to develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and your team. You will be well organised and strong in decision making. You will display strong attention to detail and have a high degree of accuracy. This pivotal role will see you responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy Warehouse. You will co-ordinate our delivery function and implement processes and best practise to ensure our inwards and despatch areas are a smooth operating system. You will also take a lead role managing our back of wall stock assisting with purchasing and sales. To hit the ground running, you will ideally have 2- years plus industry experience.
