**Description**

JJ Horticulture Limited is a horticulture contracting company based in Bay of Plenty.

We are in a growth phase of our business and require 3 x permanent, full-time, Supervisors to work in the Bay of Plenty area.

**About the Role**
- Monitoring and driving the output of their team
- Working in a leadership position supervising sites and ensuring quality standards, performance standards and health & safety standards are maintained
- Organising and coordinating materials and staff for sites
- Undertaking administration with respect to staff on sites
- Reporting to management

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in agriculture/horticulture settings
- Knowledge and track-record of good Health & Safety practices

**Pay rate**:$30 per hour, depending on experience.

**Hours**: As this is a full-time position, you will be guaranteed a minimum 30 hours per week but will likely be required to work approximately 50-60 hours per week, Monday to Sunday

**Location of Job**:Bay of Plenty
