Executive Support Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator superstar to:
- support our busy Management Team
- collaborate with our Executive Assistant Team
- provide direct assistance to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive
What we’re looking for
This role requires adaptability and flexibility, as priorities can shift quickly in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a team environment with strong communication and a proactive attitude to every task.
- Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Brings a pragmatic approach to problem-solving — without taking themselves too seriously
- Has previous administrative experience
- Is comfortable with technology and understands confidentiality
- Local Government experience is an advantage but not essential
Position details
- Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase to 30 hours when needed
- Preferred Workdays: Tuesday to Friday
- Location: Rangiora
