**The Opportunity**
Aon’s Rangiora branch currently has an opportunity for an Account Executive to join the team. The Branch supports a mixture of Rural and Commercial clients.
This varied role will see you supporting established books of business with the opportunity to grow and develop the book. Your willingness to turn your hand to anything and initiative are key, as are working in a team.
**Day to day you might work on**:
- Responding to client enquiries
- Document management
- Preparing client renewal paperwork
- Premium negotiations
- Policy and new business submissions
There will be a focus on strong customer service, professionalism and credibility ensuring clients walk away having had an excellent experience.
**About you**
You would come from an insurance broking background, experience in professional indemnity insurance is desirable but we are open to hearing from people who come from Banking, Finance and Payroll, you must be able to demonstrate proven client management skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience working in liability and risk insurance
- The ability to deliver high standards of quality client service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Positive attitude and aim to succeed.
- A team player
