Kōrero mō te Tūranga - About the Role
As Adviser Legal Operations, you will be part of a close-knit team providing legal operations support to support the smooth and efficient running of the team.

**The key accountabilities of this position include**:

- Providing general administrative and logístical support to ensure the smooth running of the Legal Services directorate
- Financial management and transactional processing including submitting purchase orders, invoicing, and working with our Accounts Payable team on various queries
- Coordinating and preparing delegations
- Coordinating service management activities including financial, IT, and assessment management

To be successful in this role, you will be agile and adaptable, and will have proven experience in providing administrative and systems support within a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment.
You will be a team player who is strong in systems, processes, and relationships. You will have sound administrative process skills and enjoy connecting with a wide range of people across various levels of the organisation.
Importantly, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage and support a variety of workloads.
