We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join us

The Compliance Manager will drive compliance and support their area to achieve KPI’s in people processes, health, safety, environment, and quality.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Develop HSEQ and Operational plans to meet skill and capability requirements and coordinate implementation of plans.
- Implement the compliance strategy in line with relevant legislation and the company wide compliance objectives including company policy, company SOP’s, company sustainability goals, ISO certification and annual strategy.
- Ensure that all staff are inducted and trained to meet the required SOP, ISO, People and HSEQ standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in people processes to reduce potential for exploitation, fraud, dishonesty, or non-compliance with policy or legislation.
- Enable effective operations & resource planning through the development of models and other tools that best predict future demands and required service responses.

**Key skills & experience required**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, HR, HSEQ, operations, or business support.
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge in employment legislation and people processes, in particular with relation to an operational environment.
- Excellent investigation and reporting skills.
