**Compliance Manager - New World Point Chevalier**

We’re excited to announce that New World Point Chevalier will be joining the community later this year With a brand-new store and impressive offering across grocery, butchery, deli, bakery, produce and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the Point Chev community.

With our opening set for early September 2025, we’re currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the team. You’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.

**What**we’re** looking for**:

- Previous experience in compliance or quality control - ideally within a supermarket or hospitality environment.
- Understanding of unit standards 167 and 168 or equivalent.
- Capability with implementing and maintaining compliance procedures.
- Great communication skills and ability to influence our department managers and wider teams.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

**The Role**

As Compliance Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store complies with all food safety, health and safety and council compliance regulations and legislation.
- All Food safety and Health & safety procedures are appropriately maintained at a level which ensures compliance in all audits
- Actively promote health and safety and food safety to all staff.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all departments through the provision of appropriate training.
- Follow up reports of H&S hazards in the store.
- Following store processes with regards to product recalls and customer complaints.
