**Some more information about the role**

As Compliance Manager, you will be managing the AML and Trust Account teams and maintaining the company’s AML/CFT risk assessment and compliance programme.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and updating AML/CFT policy, creating supporting policies and procedures, and delivering training.

Working with relevant external and internal AML/CFT auditors and regulators.

Overseeing the company’s initial and ongoing client due diligence and account monitoring.

Reporting and acting as the key liaison for suspicious activity reports.

Managing FATCA and trust account legislation reporting and queries.

You will report into the Chief Financial Officer and have 4 direct reports.

**So who are you & what is your profile?**

You will be an experienced AML/CFT compliance professional who has experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders. A proven leader, you will have previous people management experience.

The key requirements to be successful in this role include:
5 years’ experience in an AML/CFT, compliance, regulatory, or similar role.

Professional services experience desirable.

Experience managing a team and developing others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

Proven ability to build working relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS office suite.

Relevant tertiary qualification e.g., legal, business, accounting.
