Your role will be crucial in providing retail, product, and brand solutions for TAB and Betcha and designing digital, animation, motion, and print. Although style guides and templates guide some tasks, you will have the opportunity to make a significant creative impact on our brands. You’ll be encouraged to suggest ways to continue improving as a team. With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. **Your day-to-day...**
- Respond to creative briefs by producing high-quality, on-brand artwork across a range of digital, animated and print collateral, taking responsibility for the entire process from initial brief to artwork delivery.
- Work with both the Creative and Internal Marketing teams to understand project requirements and goals, provide creative input and suggestions, and achieve creative approvals.
- Ensure brand consistency across the design solutions, guide more junior members to do the same. Also ensure the accuracy and quality of creative templates for the team’s regular workflow.
- Help find creative solutions to design challenges with the team. Balance out of the box and critical thinking while keeping the brand guidelines in mind.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to internal teams and colleagues.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies, coupled with a commitment to learning, ensuring your skills are well-honed and relevant.

**What you’ll bring...**
- At least 3 years of creative experience either in-house or in an agency.
- General graphic design experience with a strong emphasis on motion design is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC, particularly in Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), After Effects (AE) and InDesign (ID).
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and precision of every design element.
- Proven experience working with Branding Guidelines.
- Excel at collaborating harmoniously within a team, valuing and incorporating feedback for improved outcomes, all the while bringing a flair for imaginative and innovative thinking to our design projects.
- Bonus Points for experience with 3D programs like Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya
- A love of racing and sports will also be well-regarded.
