It is an exciting project to be part off & to help with this increase in business they are growing their Work Management Coordinator team by 10 people.

**About the role**:As a Work Management Coordinator, you will be working closely with the contractors, field managers and customers to make sure appointments are scheduled in line with their service level agreements:

- Updating and monitoring their workflow management system and the client systems with scheduled tickets of work
- Coordinating and scheduling work with contractors with relevant skills for the job
- Both inbound and outbound calls to customers to arrange times for contractors to be on site
- Keeping Sitetrax updated throughout the job cycle until completion and with any relevant information from delivery partners or stakeholders.

**What are they looking for?**It would be a bonus if you have worked in the industry previously and have some knowledge of telecommunications. However, this isn’t essential, but we are looking for:

- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Examples of your problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and the ability to multitask
