**About the role**

This is a key role within the operational team providing excellence in customer services for Waste Management’s customer-base, by answering customer enquiries/requests, scheduling daily work for operators, monitoring, and managing routes and coordinating drivers.

Building strong customer relationships as well as proactively identifying and informing customers of any operational delays will play an integral part in this role.

**About you**
- We are looking for someone with proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- You also bring a proactive and positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers
- You are customer-centric, a strong relationship builder, flexible, have high attention to detail and good time management
- Experience in using MS Office especially Outlook is essential for this role
