Education Perfect (EP) is searching for a Customer Support Specialist who will help reshape traditional teaching approaches to classroom and remote education by being the front-facing representation of our company.

This isn’t just any old Customer Support role either In this role at EP you’ll be supporting our community of over 70k+ amazing teachers and 1m+ students worldwide using the EP product. You’ll be the first voice they hear when they call our reception line, or you’ll use your in-house trained technical and support skills to resolve their queries online. Either way you’ll be providing the valued support they require to maximise their experience using Education Perfect, living our value of ‘Users First’.

To be successful in this role you should:

- Have a minimum typing speed of 60+ words per minute
- Have excellent spelling and grammar
- Be passionate about Customer Support
- Have a high level of computer literacy
- Have excellent communication skills
