**About the Role**

We are seeing for a highly committed and motivated Client Site Manager who will establish and maintain a day-to-day relationship with the clients and ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. You’ll also provide feedback to the leadership team to ensure they are regularly updated on performance against KPIs and SLA and issues.

Scope of the role includes:

- Managing and developing team member(s) to ensure effective service delivery
- Leading the Client Services operations at the specific client location.
- Supporting with hands-on delivery (catering, concierge, hosting) of Client Services as and when needed
- Supporting wider workplace operations for the client when requested
- Managing and Authorising site payroll within company timeframes
- Managing FTE count on site to salary/wage budget
- Completing all relevant financial reporting
- Recruitment - interviews, CV screen, on boarding requirements
- Site planning in place including continuity and business plans
- Providing trend analysis and statistical reporting monthly Ensuring that the site is compliant with Canon and our client’s Health and Safety Standards

**About you**
You will ensure budgets are adhered to and productivity, client projects and employee engagement targets are achieved through planned management and effective leadership for our customers or site. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy. You should possess a good communication skill, excellent administrative, time management, organisation skills and have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.

**Key Skills and experience include;**
- A track record of building and leading teams
- Proven planning and organising experience in a team-based environment
- Experience in Hospitality, Front of House and or Guest experience preferred Must have a flexible and adaptable mindset
