We are looking for a Senior People Experience Manager to join our People Experience team. This role will work with senior executives and leaders of our nationwide networks and other groups.

You will come in and establish credibility instantly, holding your own in debate, talk the numbers, understand the fabric of operations, coach managers and senior executives through strategy and change, and open up thinking on how people fit into business plans and deliver success.

You have energy, natural curiosity and presence. No job is too small and your strength in change management and ER/IR will support your delivery to stakeholders and bring added value to our PX team of experts.

You will be a Senior HR Business Partner/Manager with 5-10 years' senior experience wanting a different kind of organizational challenge. This is a not new role but it has been re-calibrated to support change and innovation. The work environments and are gritty, complex and diverse so you will need superb communication, relationship and influencing skills, empathy and patience.

While you're a self-described generalist you've had strong exposure in NZ employee/industrial relations and are really keen to bring your experience in collective bargaining, union engagement and handling of sensitive issues to the table.

Your knowledge across the HR spectrum backed by relevant tertiary qualifications, and your ability to make it real, gives you respect and makes your input highly sought after.

You will be reporting to the General Manager of People Experience and playing an active part in direction with a team of PX specialists. So now ask yourself:
