Our client is a complex organisation focussed on improving outcomes. They urgently require a capable performance advisor/analyst to help mature performance measurement activity, and help the business better understand it’s operational performance.

Your focus will be on working with the business to advise on business planning and the identification of robust performance measures. This includes providing forecasting and insightful reporting and commentary to support decision making and improve operational activity.

To be considered we are looking for a capable individual ideally with past performance experience, ideally gained within the public sector. You will demonstrate strong data and analytical skills, and the ability to link business drivers with performance outcomes. You will be comfortable building relationships and communicating and interpreting results.
