**How you’ll make an impact**

This role is pivotal in providing support to Finance Business Partners to deliver leading financial,planning and analysis across the business. You will need to develop an understanding of the Xero business environment and insight into its requirements for forecasting, budgeting and performance evaluation. You will build strong relationships throughout the business and communicate analysis and projection of information to many different levels and people throughout the company.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide support to Finance Business Partners, working across multiple portfolios to drive faster and better decision making and performance management across Xero
- Analyse business results, interpret and provide analysis of management information through modelling, inquiry and challenge across responsible portfolio(s)
- Supply and implement consistent, best practice management reporting and modelling, providing insight and performance evaluation for key metrics
- Contribute to the finance component of planning and forecasting for the business
- Build commercial skills across the business, understand strategic direction and help to highlight potential areas of risk or value
- Actively contribute to and provide support for projects/initiatives undertaken by the business and by the FP&A team

**What you’ll bring with you**:

- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Ideally CA / CPA / CFA qualified
- Experience in high growth technology or SaaS business would be a bonus
- Business planning, forecasting and modelling
- Performance reporting and management
- Strong analytical capability
- Problem solving skills, innovative thinker
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- High energy level, self-starter, proactive and results oriented
