This broad and varied position will involve working across the newly formed Workplace Services Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) to plan, analyse and report on the Groups' service, project and programme performance.
As a Senior Advisor Planning and Performance your high-level analysis and advice will highlight risks, issues and opportunities; your reporting skills will provide clarity on service-related outputs and trends; you'll produce clear, concise and transparent documents, tailored for the needs of the audience and, your effective performance reporting ensures that service standards meet customer requirements and continuously improve.
**You will demonstrate key skills and attributes such as**:
- Experience providing sound evidence-based advice to management teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, you will be a team-player and a connector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written
- Experience in the creation and analysis of detailed measurement data, creating reports using a variety of tools including advanced Excel data manipulation skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or technical related discipline or relevant experience
