We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team on a 6 month contract as an **Administrator for our Curatorial team** at SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s, part of the Merlin Entertainments group.

SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s Auckland an iconic Auckland attraction and gives a totally unique working experience - working alongside penguins, sharks and fish The Aquarium is made a great experience by our team who endeavour to make every part of the guest experience friendly and informative. Our team has a variety of roles from admissions to guest experiences to tour guides and if you’re passionate about creating memorable experiences for all our visitors then we want to hear from you.

**About the Role**

As the Administrator for our Animal husbandry team, you will take ownership of administrative duties for Displays department at SLKTA. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate management of all Curatorial administration, including record keeping, accounts, payroll, H&S paperwork, procurement, maintenance tracking and general office management.

**About You**

A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential to any of our roles. To shine in this position you will also have:

- High level of planning and organisation skills required to meet the daily challenges within the Curatorial area of the business.
- Ensure all suppliers comply with all relevant legislation, codes of practice and company procedures.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Attention to detail, accurate and well organised.
- Consistency in work ethic, professionalism and the ability to follow through with extra tasks.
- Ability to share system and procedural knowledge with the wider team.
