**What will you be doing?**

As the Senior Product Owner - Purchase Journey you will inspire the squad to deliver innovative digital customer solutions and drive delivery aligned with maximising customer value.

**You can expect to be across the following**:

- You will enable the team to optimise delivery of value through a clearly articulated and transparent backlog of work and create solutions with a customer focused mindset.
- You'll turn data into insights enabling the squad to navigate through challenges and provide actionable outcomes to improve our customer experience.
- You will partner with other members of the team to align outcomes and resources that enable the best outcomes for Tower.
- You will optimise the ecommerce Quote to Buy platform at Tower and work closely with the marketing team and other digital squads to deliver the desired customer experience for customers purchasing Tower policies.

**What you'll need**

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Minimum 5+ years working in Product Ownership, Project management / Programme management / transformation workstream
- Experience working in agile environment and backlog management
- A background and knowledge in digital platforms, eCommerce, as well as contact centre and omnichannel experience would be advantageous
- Extensive background working with digital transformation
- A strong understanding and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and championing their voices.
- Ability to prioritise and ensure new features, enhancements and changes across multiple technology platforms are delivered regularly and with as few bugs/issues as possible. Must have the ability to analyse, evaluate and breakdown a complex problem into manageable sizes of work for delivery.
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and ensure dependencies are identified and managed proactively to assure delivery and benefit realisation.
