**Senior Product Owner (x2)**

All of Government Services Delivery (AoGSD) is at the forefront of government digital service delivery, connecting New Zealanders to trusted information and services. We’re looking for a proactive person with bright ideas and a passion for delivering compelling digital services.

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience working as a senior product owner. You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage easily with a range of stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify risks and mitigations or escalate appropriately to ensure our digital products remain trusted, safe and secure. You will work well in an environment within a wider team that is committed to delivering product enhancements within our wider product portfolio to improve user experience.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading product development priorities, providing high-quality advice to inform strategic and tactical level product roadmaps based on user and business need, and you’ll be a champion for high quality, all-of-government digital services.

In addition to being passionate about user insight and analytics to improve digital products, we're keen to see demonstrated leadership, mentoring and technical accountability in your current or previous roles.

Prior experience working on software for the recruitment industry such as a job board, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), or HRIS (Human Resource Information System), would be beneficial for one of the available roles.

Internal Affairs has a vaccination policy and employment with the Department is conditional on being fully vaccinated for Covid-19, holding and maintaining a valid My Vaccine Pass. Consideration will be given to whether medical or other genuine exemptions can be accommodated in individual cases.
