The Supply Chain team is the biggest part of our NZ operation, made up of brewing, packaging, logistics, warehousing, customer services and a highly-skilled maintenance and engineering team. They’re on the hunt for an experienced **Project Engineer** who’ll lead projects focused on equipment efficiency and productivity through a lense of continuous improvement, capital projects. While not having direct reports, we see this role very much as a leader in this space, requiring you to engage and collaborate across the business to champion and influence our decisions, frameworks and ways of working. It’s a great opportunity to build strong relationships and get under the hood of a busy operation that produces some of New Zealand’s best-known brands

The ideal person would bring to this role proven project management experience (3 years +) with success in continuous improvement/TPM and capital projects, experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry, and an engineering qualification (ideally mechanical, electrical, chemical or process engineering). The ability to build strong relationships and communicate in a way that influences decisions and contributes ideas will be highly valued.
