**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly committed and motivated Client Site Manager to co-ordinate the daily operations of a large team working across the Facilities, Client Services and Hospitality and Event spaces at our client’s corporate site.
The Client Site Manager will ensure client, project and employee satisfaction is achieved through planned management and effective leadership of our customer/s or site.
The role includes co-ordinating onsite events and catering requirements working closely with our Café and Kitchen team.

**Main Duties**:

- Manage and develop team member(s) to ensure effective service delivery across our onsite services
- Support with hands-on delivery (catering, concierge, hosting) of Client Services as and when needed
- Support wider workplace operations for the client when requested
- Build, maintain and develop professional and effective client relationships
- Ensure prompt and professional service is provided to the client
- Manage monthly performance targets and performance issues
- Manage and Authorize site payroll within company timeframes
- Manage Recruitment - interviews, CV screen, on boarding requirements
- Site planning in place including continuity and business plans
- Provide trend analysis and statistical reporting monthly
- Ensure site is compliant with Canon and our client’s Health and Safety Standards

**Key Requirements**
- A track record of building and leading teams
- Proven planning and organising experience in a team-based environment
- Experience in Hospitality, Front of House and or Guest experience preferred
- Must have a flexible and adaptable mindset
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Desire to deliver and exceed client’s expectations
