Senior Site Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced **Fitout Site Manager / Site Project Manager **to join the **Auckland **team.

In this role you will be part of a multi-disciplined design and build team, delivering staged interior fitouts within a client occupied healthcare and laboratory facility. You will be responsible for the site management of the project delivery, working closely with the client, consultants, and contractors.

**The role**:

- Work for a reputable company with a strong pipeline of work
- Hands on site leadership role with opportunity for development
- Lead and co-ordinate the site activities, working closely with all parties to achieve targeted deadlines and results
- Establish, monitor and implement the construction programme
- Responsible for maintaining Health and Safety regulations on site
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors to achieve on time and on budget project delivery
- Maintain and implement construction quality assurance processes
- Co-ordinate consultant and local authorities site inspections, meetings and compiling completion documentation for Code Compliance Certificate
- Site administration, change management and cost control
- Progress reporting at client project control and site meetings

**About you**:

- Self-managing Project Leader.
- Tertiary, technical or trade qualification in a related discipline and appropriate industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role and 8 years’ experience within the construction industry.
- Competent, technical comprehension of building services systems, installations, and compliances with a key attention to detail
- A strong portfolio of leading commercial interior, including healthcare projects.
- Proven record of managing Health and Safety on construction sites
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Competent project planner and efficient in communicating using MS Project and MS office
- Strong client relationship skills and able to develop credible business relationships with established clients
