**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly committed and motivated Client Site Manager to be responsible for the day to day operations of a team. The Client Site Manager will ensure revenue, EBIT, productivity, client, project and employee engagement targets are achieved through a planned management and effective leadership of a customer/s or site.

**Main Duties**
- Manage and develop team member(s) to ensure effective service delivery
- Build, maintain and develop professional and effective client relationships
- Ensure prompt and professional service is provided to the client within KPI/SLA timeframes
- Manage monthly performance targets and performance issues
- Recruitment - interviews, CV screen, on boarding requirements
- Provide trend analysis and statistical reporting monthly
- Ensure site is compliant with Canon and client Health and Safety Standards

**Key Requirements**
- A track record of building and leading teams
- Proven planning and organising experience in a team-based environment
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Experience managing mailrooms including print and copy (an advantage)
- Desire to deliver and exceed client’s expectations
