**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead external audit engagements for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality audit services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement audit strategies that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to audit teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on financial and audit-related matters.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance audit methodologies and service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) or similar preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of external audit experience.
- Proven experience managing and leading audit engagements, including staff supervision and client interaction.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
