FULL-TIME WAITSTAFF

MY THAI LOUNGE is looking for an reliable, service-oriented & outgoing to take on a
FULL-TIME LONG TERM POSITION to join our team at QUEENSTOWN.

Since day one (back in 2009), our mission has been to deliver a modern take on classic
Thai food for food explorers and enthusiasts alike. We take great New Zealand ingredients and use traditional Thai cooking techniques to create dishes that have a slight twist.

**Role and Responsibility**
- Greet diners, seat to table, take food and beverage orders

Ensure food and beverage service is executed in a timely and professional manner
- Learn about food menu, beverage selection, daily specials and any other promotion that may be running
- Best effort to try to meet sales target
- To maintain a customer-focused approach at all time
- To ensure the dining room is clean and tidy, performing cleaning duties as set out in the cleaning schedule or requested by the Duty Manager
- Reporting of any damage or repairs to the Duty Manager
- Some cash handling if trained and required

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

Experience preferred but the ability to learn & a positive attitude is more important.
You must have the legal right to work in NZ

**In return, you will receive**:

- 40 hours minimum employment contract
- We ensure you have a great work/life balance so you will have 2 full-days off (this is hard to find in a Hospo world J )
- We can support you with any further reverent qualifications under our agreement.
- You will get good food and good view while working with us
