We are looking for a couple of new and experienced wait staff and bartenders who thrive working in a busy, fast paced, and high-volume environment. White + Wong's is a well-established brand within Good Group Hospitality Ltd, focusing on South-east Asian fusion in a fun dining setting.

It is vital you have previous hospitality experience, and if you have worked in venues of a similar size and style - this is a huge advantage, however training is provided.

Who we are looking for:

Experienced Wait Staff:

  • Superior food and wine knowledge with an edge when it comes to serving guests
  • Impeccable dress standards and attention to detail
  • High skilled in time management & suggestive selling
  • Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience in high end venues
  • Good time keeping skills, and a drive to want to learn
  • Proven record of being able to handle a section and keep calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills is a must

Experienced Bartender:

  • At least one year experience in high-end venues
  • Experience with cocktail bartending & barista experience
  • Good time keeping skills, and a drive to want to learn
  • Proven record of being able to keep calm under pressure
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Advanced wine knowledge is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills is a must
