Here at Mitre 10 MEGA Queenstown, we’re always on the lookout for great people. We are looking for individuals that can deliver exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and providing the best solutions and advice.

The role will be dealing with both Trade and DIY customers in our fast-paced Drive-Thru Department. The key responsibilities are assisting customers within the yard and drive-thru, picking and loading customers’ orders for deliveries and collection.

We are currently looking for a permanent full-time team member to join us:
**What does it take to succeed?**
- Passion for customer service excellence
- A can-do approach and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, numerical skills, and great attention to detail
- Background in timber and building supplies is preferable
- Physically fit and have solid health and safety values as some manual heavy lifting is involved
- Forklift license is advantageous but not essential
