About the Role:

Front of House:
You will be responsible for confidently running sections, managing both busy services and downtime tasks, and contributing to the seamless day-to-day operation of the venue. We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow into a Duty Manager role.

Duty Manager Responsibilities:

- Operations: Lead with clear sections and responsibilities, ensuring smooth service flow. Oversee team performance, gather feedback, and ensure high standards are met each shift.
- People Management: Ensure excellent food and service standards are consistently met. Lead team briefings, debriefs, and continuous training to keep standards high.
- Administration: Oversee stock, invoices, delivery, and reporting. Ensure that all checklists are thoroughly completed and followed up by the team.
- Financial: Monitor and adjust rosters, manage costs, wastage, and ordering, and ensure financial goals are met. Promote the venue's offerings and upsell to customers.

As Duty Manager, you will lead your team with professionalism and drive to achieve the shift's goals and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality (food & beverage).
- Availability to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture/food is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
