We're seeking a dynamic and motivated **Restaurant Duty Manager** to join our team and help lead day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Manage staff schedules, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Monitor financial performance, including cash handling, daily sales reporting, and budget adherence.
- Drive staff training and development to maintain excellent service standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement new initiatives and promotions.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, staff scheduling, and health & safety compliance.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building guest relationships.
