Are you an experienced Assistant Store Manager, looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment?

We are looking for a superstar leader to support the daily operations in our **Aelia Duty-Free retail stores **at **Christchurch Airport.**

This is a faced paced, varied, and hands-on role with a strong focus on customer service and people management.

**We are looking for a leader who will**:

- Provide a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador
- Manage the store effectively and efficiently in the absence of the Store Manager
- Lead from the front and ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures
- Demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment

**To be successful you will have**:

- A strong track record in retail or hospitality operations with at least 2+ years in a managerial position
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication
- Good understanding of business dynamics
- Nurturing and hands-on approach
- Strong motivator/experience in coaching and developing team members
- Ability to think on your feet with a real sense of urgency
- Flexibility with availability - our stores operate 7 days a week outside traditional retail hours
