We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic **Retail Brand Ambassador **to join our **Aelia Duty-Free **team representing a wide range of **Fashion (Bag/Watches)** and **Tech** products You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team, where the customer experience is our number one priority

**You'll need**:

- Experience in a fast-paced retail /customer service environment
- Willingness to participate in product and knowledge training & to share your expertise with our customers and the team
- Have the ability to achieve healthy sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional approach and outstanding presentation
- Initiative, ambition, and a sense of urgency

When you are not engaged in core brand ambassador duties, you will support our retail team with general team member duties including customer service, general retail admin, and ensuring store presentation standards are maintained at all times.

As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights, and weekends is essential.
