Workshop Manager

At least three years of relevant work experience, or a level 4 (or above) relevant qualification, or a bachelor's degree in any field. - Be physically fit enough to work under pressure in the workshop. - Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime. - Must be flexible to work like late-night and early-morning shifts. - Strong commitment to safe work practices. - Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. - Working hard, healthy, sound time management and punctuality. - Long-term and full commitments are required. - Complying with health and safety regulations. - Be able to pass a police check. **Responsibilities**: Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling staff, assigning tasks, monitoring staff performance, receiving customer orders, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining workshop records. Customer Service: Communicate with customers, address inquiries and complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Supervise Staff: Train, supervise, and manage staff to ensure quality service and adherence to workshop procedures. Manage staff shifts and assign daily tasks based on workload. Maintain Equipment and Supplies: Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and manage the procurement of workshop materials, supplies, and stock. Monitor Financial Transactions: Handle daily cash and card payments, track sales, and manage basic financial records. Prepare Quotes and Contracts: Prepare accurate service quotes and draft, review, and manage contracts with customers. Marketing and Advertising: Promote the workshop by implementing marketing strategies, advertising services.
