We’re looking for a Workshop Foreman to manage our fully equipped workshop at our Christchurch Branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has accomplished/mastery on the tools and wants to take their career to the next level to team leadership.

Reporting through to the Branch Manager this role includes operational support throughout the branch, delegation and prioritisation of repair work both internally and externally, effective decision making, accountability of workshop expenditure and the repair and maintenance budget.

In this role you will be a GREAT leader who knows what it takes to bind an existing team and continue to attract future JUCY crew to take the workshop to the next level, creating a positive and high performing team culture.

**You'll need to have the following**:

- At least 3 years' Mechanical experience
- Proven and leadership and management experience in a Mechanical workshop
- Ability to make educated decisions in a logical and sensible way
- Ability to foresee and resolve problem on a timely manner
- Be a Qualified Mechanic or Skilled Technician
- Hold rights to work in NZ
