As a **Client Relationship Consultant** at Nectar, you'll drive mutual success through strong client relationships - identifying opportunities that add value and support the growth of both our clients and Nectar.

You'll be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and confident in our technology and services. Your focus is on building trusted partnerships - understanding each client's business, finding technology-driven improvements, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience.

While cross-sell and upsell opportunities matter, the priority is developing long-term relationships that deliver real value. You'll align solutions to client goals, report regularly to the General Manager, and take part in monthly sessions focused on your growth and client success.

You'll meet clients regularly to review IT roadmaps, explore new technologies, and act as their advocate within Nectar. You'll also help grow our client base through leads provided by the Sales Development Representative.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate technical
information into client-friendly language.
- Sales and Account Growth: Experience identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, with a consultative, value-driven approach to sales.
- Technology Awareness: General understanding of IT solutions and business technology trends, with the ability to
discuss technology strategies confidently.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring client
satisfaction.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand a client's business goals and align Nectar's solutions to support their long-term success.
- Negotiation and Influencing: Skilled in managing discussions around contracts, renewals, and MSAs with a focus on
achieving mutual value.
