Must have a diploma or above qualification in Business or Hospitality or either a 3 years relevant working experience. - Must demonstrate you have some customer service experience either in the retail or hospitality industry - Must obtain the NZ LCQ Certificate. - Long-term and full commitments are required. - Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime - Must be flexible to meet the early morning and late night shifts. - Long-term and full commitments are required. - Complying with health and safety regulations. - Be able to pass a police check and a drug test. **Main Duties of Duty Manager**: - Following Food and Safety regulations and laws, legally and responsibly providing alcoholic beverages to clients; - Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; - Coordinating daily restaurant management operations; - Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction; - Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints; - Maintaining inventory, schedule and supervise kitchen staff, keeping records of food, supplies and equipment; - Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget; - Maintains staff by recruiting, training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities; - Planning menus in consultation with Chefs. **In return, Mian Bar Limited will offer**: - A stable position in Wellington. - A supportive and friendly team environment. - Good pay $31.61 to $33.00 per hour. - At least 30 hours per week.
