**About the role**

We are in search of an energetic, results driven, motivational leader to be a Restaurant Manager as we expand into the Auckland Region.

This role is not for the faint hearted and will be demanding but also rewarding in the same breath. You will lead our team and be dedicated to ensuring the launch of our new store is successful, including restaurant preparation, set-up, hiring and training of our team members etc.
You will possess energy galore and understand the rewards ahead are only limited by your imagination.

**Skills and Experience**
Prior experience working in the QSR industry (Fast Food) restaurant or similar customer facing role in either hospitality or retail
Management experience of 2 years or more
Exposure to ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs
Passion for people and driving a successful team culture
Demonstrated ability to coach team members
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
LCQ qualification/Bar Managers certificate and prior experience serving alcohol would be advantageous**

Lead our team of Assistant Managers and team members to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly
