**About the role**

You will also be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Manage and administer the Service Desk team to provide 1st and sometimes 2nd level support and administration on all Digital Technology systems used by internal and external users.
- Manage agreed system support SLAs and ensure service requests and responded to in a timely manner.
- Assist the Infrastructure, Application, and BI & Data teams with the implementation and optimisation of systems and reporting functions.
- Assist with patch, capacity, configuration and lifecycle management for all Digital Technology infrastructure and end-user systems.
- Ensuring all Digital Technology infrastructure and end-user systems are securely configured based on hardening requirements and other security needs.
- Responding to and triaging security events for all Digital Technology infrastructure and end-user systems.
- Engage third-party vendors for the timely response and resolution of system and support issues.
- Participate in other ad-hoc tasks as allocated.
- Regular review and reporting of Service Desk performance, including trend analysis and service requirement forecasting.
- Ensuring the uptime and availability of all key Digital Technology systems, ensuring the agreed SLA's and KPI's are met.

**What you'll need to be successful?**
- 3+ years working experience in delivering Customer Support lead role.
- Strong people management skills
- Strong incident management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Budget Management and Asset Management.
- Hardware Procurement skills.
- Computer Hardware Knowledge
- Knowledge of networking technologies i.e. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
- Knowledge of D365 and M365
- Knowledge of Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Desktops, Laptops and Servers
