Employing over 1400 staff in 13 locations across New Zealand, C3 Limited is an essential service provider and market leader in port related product and cargo handling, adding value to clients’ businesses by providing solutions to their transport and logistics needs.

Located at our harbourside head office in Sulphur Point, an Accounts Receivable (AR) professional is required to perform this vital role in our busy Finance team. You will bring experience in an AR environment with a primary focus on generating accurate and timely invoices to customers for services supplied, as well as debt collection, issuing credit notes and month end reporting.

This position reports to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer and supports the logistics division of our business that manages three Warehouse operations in Tauranga.

To be successful in this role you will have strong data entry and excel skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being able to handle repetitive processes and meet strict deadlines. In addition, you need to have excellent communication skills, be a team player with a sense of humour and have good numeracy.

Experience with finance packages such as TechOne and invoicing in an ERP type environment would be beneficial. As an organisation C3 Limited has a complex structure with many branches and subsidiary companies resulting in a variety of codes for invoicing.

This position is a permanent position with up to 40 hours per week, with some flexibility with the hours of work.
